Our Management Staff provides more than twenty five years of law enforcement and private sector investigative experience.

Our Director of Investigations, Mr. Jim Floren, received his private investigator's license after his retirement from a career in law enforcement.  Mr. Floren has conducted numerous criminal and civil investigations, having assisted the FBI, DEA, DOJ and other local and federal agencies. He is a specialist in surveillance and has testified in both state and federal court as an expert witness. Mr. Floren leads our investigations team.

Our Polygraph Examiner, Ms. Diane Parker, retired from law enforcement with nearly 20 years of service; half of that time devoted to sex crimes, child abuse and narcotics investigations.  In 1995, she graduated from The Backster School of Lie Detection in San Diego and received her private investigator's license.  Since that time, Ms. Parker has provided polygraph services to law firms, businesses and private individuals throughout Southern California.  Ms. Parker is a Certified Forensic Interviewer.

Our Team is made up of well qualified, well trained investigators, all of whom are licensed and insured. Many of our investigators are retired from law enforcement, and have experience in Fraud, Homicide, Narcotics, Arson, Auto Theft and Traffic Accident investigations.

Our Firm is acutely aware of the increasing complexity of insurance claims and losses in our modern economy.   We also recognize the increasing presence of fraud as a major contributing factor in those claims and losses.  We believe today more than ever before the timely, thorough and effective investigation of suspected fraud is paramount.

We Use Digital Video And Photography, and have Covert Video Systems available.
